The electrolytic ion grounding rod (pole) system is a new type of grounding system developed and produced by Zhengzhou Leibaihui Electric Co., Ltd. in cooperation with well-known domestic universities. The electrolytic ion grounding system utilizes four cutting-edge technologies—moisturizing formula, ion slow release, deep grounding, and long-term resistance reduction—to maximize the solutions to problems related to resistance reduction, corrosion resistance, and service life. This gives the product significant advantages in various grounding performance and adaptability, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The electrode shell of the advanced electrolytic ion grounding system is made of copper alloy and treated with a special ceramic coating anti-corrosion process to ensure high conductivity and extended service life. The system is equipped with two types of ion-rich filling materials, one internal and one external. The external filling material is primarily composed of materials with strong water absorption, strong adsorption, and high cation exchange capacity, supplemented by various chemical materials that are long-lasting, resistance-reducing, corrosion-resistant, have a high expansion coefficient unaffected by temperature changes, and are resistant to high-voltage impacts. The internal filling material contains a specially formulated electrolytic compound that can fully absorb moisture from the soil and, through deliquescence, effectively release active ions into the soil, promoting slow-release resistance reduction on the conductor’s exterior and maintaining long-term resistance stability. The grounding life is up to 50 years. Breaking through soil limitations, experiments have proven that the direct cause of excessively high soil resistivity is the lack of free ions to assist conductivity. The electrolytic ion grounding system incorporates a reversible slow-release filler inside the grounding electrode, which has the characteristic of reversible water absorption and release. The ions generated in this way can be effectively released into the surrounding soil, making the grounding electrode an ion generating device, thereby improving the surrounding soil quality and meeting the grounding resistance reduction requirements. The external filling material of the grounding electrode interacts with the internal electrolytic ion filling material to chemically treat the crustal soil, reducing the resistivity of the crustal soil. At the same time, a transition zone is formed between the slow-release grounding electrode and the earth soil, increasing the equivalent cross-sectional area of the grounding electrode and the contact area with the soil, eliminating the contact resistance between the grounding body and the soil, improving the electric field distribution in the ground, and the excellent permeability of the filler penetrates deep into the soil and rock crevices, forming a root-like network, increasing the drainage area in the ground.
Product Features:
1. The device has a strong automatic adjustment function, continuously replenishing conductive ions to the soil around the grounding rod, improving the soil resistivity.
2. The grounding rod unit uses corrosion-resistant alloy materials, and the high-energy backfill uses chemical materials with anti-corrosion properties and high-pressure impact resistance as auxiliary materials. This greatly extends its service life, guaranteeing 30 years of use.
3. The backfill uses physical and chemical substances with strong water absorption, strong adsorption, and strong ion exchange capacity as the main materials. This achieves efficient and tight bonding between the grounding rod unit and the surrounding soil, reducing the soil resistivity and effectively enhancing the lightning conduction and release capability.
4. The high-energy backfill can fully contact the grounding rod and the surrounding soil, greatly reducing contact resistance. Its good fluidity and permeability increase the contact area with the soil, thereby increasing the discharge area.
5. Because the grounding rod unit uses low magnetic permeability materials, it has strong resistance to direct lightning strikes and induced pulse attacks, preventing secondary lightning effects.
6. Due to its excellent grounding effect and strong adjustment function, it is mainly used in areas with high soil resistivity and densely built-up cities. 7. Due to its excellent grounding effect, it occupies less space, requires less construction work, and saves materials.
8. All materials used in the corrosion-resistant ion grounding electrode are non-toxic and pollution-free, making it a green and environmentally friendly product.
Installation method: Vertical installation
Installation Method:
1. Drilling: Drill a 70mm x 1800mm hole perpendicular to the ground at the selected construction site.
2. Inserting the Grounding Electrode: Remove the sealing tape from both ends of the grounding electrode. Fill the bottom of the hole with a 1:4 mixture of filler and insert the grounding electrode into the hole, ensuring the top of the electrode is parallel to the ground plane. Connect the grounding lead. Fill the remaining filler around the grounding electrode up to 100mm from the top. Cover with a protective cap, measure the grounding resistance, and cover the area around the protective cap with soil, ensuring the top is 100mm above ground level.
Technical Features:
1. Automatically adjusts and generates/releases electrolyte.
2. Ensures the grounding electrode resistance meets minimum grounding requirements.
3. Effectively maintains minimum grounding requirements for a long period.
4. Service life up to 30 years with no maintenance required.
5. Contains no hazardous materials or chemicals, causing no negative environmental impact and fully compliant with international environmental standards.
6. Uses pure copper material, ensuring technical and quality safety and reliability.
Its effectiveness is unaffected by climate change.
